An ouroboros — a serpent devouring its own tail
A Transparent Ponzi-Social Experiment

OUROBOROS

Feed the serpent in $SOL or $OURO. Every entry resets the coil. Hold the tail when the timer dies — and the maw is yours.

I — The Eternal Cycle

Four turns of the coil, repeating without mercy.

No yield is born here. No value is added. Capital only moves — from the late to the early, from the tail to the mouth. We simply say it aloud.

/ 01

Pick a Guild

Four guilds wage the coil. You commit one wallet to one guild — logged on-chain, locked until the round ends.

/ 02

Feed the Serpent

Every feed crowns your guild as the one holding the tail and pushes the bite back. The four guilds claw to feed last.

/ 03

The Guilds War

Steal the tail, defend it, drain the rivals. A war of attrition fought in transparent bytecode — the patient and the stubborn outlast the rest.

/ 04

The Bite

When the timer dies, the head reaches the tail. The guild holding it takes the whole pot — split among its wallets. The rest feed it.

II — The Game

The last guild to feed takes the whole pot.

  • Each wallet picks one of four guilds and is locked to it for the round. Every feed crowns your guild and resets the timer.
  • When the timer dies, the guild holding the tail takes the whole pot — split among its wallets by stake share. The other three forfeit.
  • You can lose your entire stake. This is a game of chance, not an investment.
  • The house never bets against you — it takes a fixed 7.7% fee, the way a card room does. Read the full Game Theory →
III — The Token · $OURO

Two ways to feed the serpent.

$OURO is a utility token — the key to the coil, not a promise of profit. Fair-launched on pump.fun: no presale, no privileged mint — and the team's opening buy is fully disclosed below. 1,000,000,000 supply, liquidity to the pool. The curve sets the price; the game gives it use.

$SOLliquid entry
  • Enter any coil instantly — no token required
  • Flat platform fee — 7.7%
  • Grows the pot in hard liquidity
  • Winner is paid out in $SOL
$OUROnative entry
  • Same flat 7.7% fee — no token premium
  • A slice of every $OURO entry is burned → deflation
  • Unlocks high-stakes & longer coils
  • The more the game turns, the scarcer $OURO becomes
Launched on pump.fun

$OURO is born on pump.fun — Solana's fair-launch bonding curve. No presale, no insider mint: every wallet, the team's included, buys on the same curve, where the price rises as supply sells and falls as it's sold. When the curve completes, liquidity is auto-seeded to the open market and the LP is burned — from there $OURO trades freely on Solana DEXes. A fair start, fully on-chain, visible from the very first block.

Prize PoolFunds future pots & Seed harvests 10% 100,000,000
Team's opening buy (3% + 10%) 13% 130,000,000

No presale, no privileged mint — the team buys 13% on the same bonding curve as everyone else, fully on-chain. Of that, 10% goes to the prize pool and 3% is the team's allocation. The remaining 87% is public from the first block.

Value accrues through buyback-and-burn, tied to real game volume — never a payout you are promised. No staking yield, no reflections, no "hold and earn from the next one in." Scarcity is earned only by the serpent actually turning. Holding $OURO is a bet on the game's volume, with all the risk that implies.

IV — The Split

Every accounted for.

Feed the serpent and 92.3% goes straight to the pot you're fighting for. The house keeps a single, disclosed 7.7% — split three ways, in the open. Nothing hidden, nothing skimmed.

Same ratios at any size. Minimum entry is 0.01 0.00923 to the pot, 0.00077 in total fees. The serpent skims the same sliver whether you feed it a hundredth or a hundred.

III½ — The Engines

Two engines turn beneath every coil.

Past each round's pot, two slow rites run in the background — one that hoards for the many, one that burns forever. Both are on-chain and visible here, live.

THE SEED
Communal Harvest · 1-in-1000 chance each coil
0
Accumulated Seed Pool · + $OURO

A sliver of every tribute drips into the seed. Every coil carries a 1-in-1000 chance of triggering the harvest — when it strikes, the seed bursts and splits equally among every soul that fed the serpent this epoch. The patient are rewarded simply for having entered.

BUYBACK & BURN
Live · $OURO destroyed on every feed
0$OURO
Total Burned · forever gone

A flat 3% of every tribute — about 0.03 per 1 fed — is routed to buy $OURO on the open market — then burned, removed from supply forever. Each line above is a real conversion: SOL in, tokens bought, tokens burned.

IV — The Covenant

Questions the serpent will answer.

Can I make money?+

You can win a round's pot — or lose your entire entry. It is a game of chance with a 7.7% house fee; over time the math favours the house, like any card room. Nobody is promised a return, and $OURO is a utility token, not a yield instrument. Play with what you can afford to lose.

Is this a scam?+

A scam hides its mechanism. Ours is on screen: open contract, live pot, fixed rake, on-chain RNG. No hidden owner withdraw, no promised dividends, no "reflections." The only edge we keep is the disclosed rake — exactly like a house at a table.

What gives $OURO value?+

Utility plus scarcity. It unlocks higher stakes and longer coils, and a share of every fee auto-buys and burns it. There is no dividend and no staking yield — value rides on real game volume, not on the next buyer. If the game is quiet, $OURO does nothing for you.

Who runs this — and where?+

An operator with a published treasury address and a verified contract. Online wagering is regulated: access is geo-restricted, 18+, and limited to jurisdictions where it is lawful. If that excludes you, this is art to look at, not a game to play.

V — The Maw Awaits

Feed it, or
be fed upon.

There is no middle of the coil. You are either consuming the tail — or you are the tail.
